In March 2019, Kate first opened Poppy’s Playroom in Centerville, Utah because she wanted a safe, convenient, flexible, and fun daycare space for her children. The Centerville location continued to out grow its space, so Bountiful and Layton locations soon opened. We love our Poppy's Family!

Hi my name is Shelbi. I have worked at Poppy’s for almost 5 years. I love hunting and anything to do with the outdoors. I am usually here with my 3 kiddos. My favorite color is yellow and favorite animal is a otter. I am a former Utah State Softball Pitcher and play slow-pitch when I can find time. I use to be the Director of the Layton Location and now do mostly admin.

Hello Poppy's Family! I'm Miss Esther! I've been working at Poppy's for a few years now. I help with the preschool curriculum, supply runs, and fill in for teachers who are sick. I have a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and before working at Poppy's, I worked as a private reading tutor for several years. I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening and reading.
