1. Register online at playatpoppys.com and pay the enrollment fee. 
2. Contact your preferred location by call, text, or email to share your child’s ages, the days you’re interested in, and the times you need care — we’ll check availability for you! 
3. Drop-in care is welcome, but space is based on daily availability.
    

Please note: If we don’t hear from your family for a year, your child’s enrollment will be paused. To rejoin, you’ll just need to pay the $30 enrollment fee to re-register. Once that’s taken care of, we can add your child back to the schedule and save their spot!
 

 “Yes! All three of our centers accept DWS. It’s free to apply — just give us a call and we’ll be happy to walk you through the process!” 

 Yes! Our centers offer hourly care for up to 4 hours — after that, the day rate applies. We also have flexible schedules available, from one day a week to full-time care! 

How to Enroll:

1.Contact Us: Call, text, or email the center you’re interested in to check availability.
2. Pay Enrollment Fee: Pay the one-time enrollment fee ($75 for the first child, $25 for each additional child) to reserve your spot.
3. Submit Immunizations: Email your child’s immunization record or bring a copy on the first day.
4.First Day: Fill out a credit card form and receive your sign-in code.

 Billing Options:
We offer two convenient billing options for families:

1. Monthly Billing: For full-time children, payments are due on the 1st of each month. (Please note: there are no credits for absences.)
2. Weekly Billing: For part-time or flexible schedules, we bill from Friday to Thursday, and payments are processed each Friday.

We’ll have you fill out a payment form on your first day — you can choose to use either a bank account or credit card for automatic payments.

• Log in to myprocare.com.
• Go to the Reports section and select Customer Statements.
• Choose the date range you need, then click Run Report.
• Your Tax ID will appear in the upper right-hand corner of the statement.

2. In the bottom right corner, click the green “Pay” button.
3. Under Payment Amount, click the green pencil icon to edit the amount you’d like to pay.
4. Enter your card information, then click “Pay Now.”

Yes! We provide two snacks each day — one at 9:30 AM and another at 2:30 PM.
We can also provide a lunch for:

• $4.00 (children under 18 months) 
• $8.00 (children 18 months–12 years) 

Parents are always welcome to send a home lunch if they prefer.

 Yes! When you sign up for Procare, we’ll send you an invite to download the app.
Through the app, you’ll be able to see updates on meals, naps, diaper changes, activities, and incident reports — and you can also communicate directly with our staff. 

 Yes! We now offer transportation at our Bountiful and Layton locations.
Feel free to call the center for more details and to find out which schools we service.  We also offer a discount for multiple kids in a family.

 No, that’s okay! As long as you have an exemption form from your doctor or the health department, just bring it with you on your first day.
