Frequently Asked Questions

All three of our centers accept DWS. This is state-funded assistance that helps families offset the cost of childcare. You may even qualify to have most—or all—of your childcare costs covered. They have raised the income limits and more families are qualifying.

Applying is free and simply takes little time to complete. If you have any questions, just give us a call and we’d be happy to walk you through the process! 

Yes! Our centers offer hourly care for up to 4 hours — after that, the day rate applies. We also have flexible schedules available, from 1 day a week to full-time care! 

 Billing Options:
We offer two convenient billing options for families:

1. Monthly Billing: For full-time children, payments are due on the 1st of each month. (Please note: there are no credits for absences.)
2. Weekly Billing: For day-rate, part-time or flexible schedules, we bill from Previous Friday to Current Thursday, and payments are processed each Friday.

We require autopay for all families. 

Yes! We provide two snacks each day — one at 9:30 AM and another at 2:30 PM.
We can also provide a lunch for:

• $4.00 (children under 18 months) 
• $8.00 (children 18 months–12 years) 

Parents are always welcome to send a home lunch if they prefer.

 Yes! When you sign up for Brightwheel, we’ll send you an invite to download the app.
Through the app, you’ll be able to see updates on meals, naps, diaper changes, activities, and incident reports — and you can also communicate directly with our staff. 

 Yes! We now offer transportation at our Bountiful and Layton locations.
